The only case where the Bitter Blue falls a little flat is weed control, but this can be managed with proper management.

St. Augustine Floratam can be pinpointed by its dark green color, coarse texture, and soft blades that make it plush to walk on. It's popular in warmer climates due to its aggressive growth rate during the summer months. However, in winter the Floratam needs some extra "TLC" when it comes to fertilization and regular watering sessions.

Also, Zoysia is low maintenance, which means it can prosper with little input from the owner. Although, it does need help with bug protection.
