FLORATAM: Floratam is a premium turf that is widely used in up-scale landscapes. Its Characteristics include a wide blade and beautiful color. Irrigation System is required. Maintenance level: Medium-High
BITTER-BLUE: Bitter blue is a slightly more shade tolerant variety. It has a deep blue-green color. Irrigation system is required. Maintenance level: Medium-High
BAHIA: Bahia is a native Florida Grass. It is a very drought tolerant turf. Irrigation system is not required, but one is recommended for a better lawn quality. Bahia has a medium width blade and lighter green color. Maintenance level: Low
BERMUDA 419: 419 has a fine blade width. It has a dense, aggressive growth pattern with a deep root system. Bermuda is a great choice for high traffic areas. Irrigation is required. Maintenance level: High
ULTIMATE FLORA ZOYSIA: Zoysia has a medium-fine blade width. It is the turf of choice for many elite landscapes. Zoysia has good wear tolerance and fair shade tolerance. One big advantage that Ultimate Flora Zoysia has is its drought tolerance once established. Irrigation system is necessary. Verticuting may be necessary after 3 years. Maintenance level: Medium.
